VibeCore Return and Exchange Policy

At VibeCore, we’re committed to giving you a shopping experience you’ll love. We offer a 30-day return window to review your purchase. If there are any issues, please reach out to us directly before filing a dispute — we’re here to help!

Before starting a return, please confirm that your item is eligible. Details are outlined below.


Returnable Items

  • Products that arrive defective or damaged.

  • Incorrect products (wrong size, color, or style).

  • Items with quality issues (stains, rips, or manufacturing defects).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Change of mind.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • “Final Sale” items.

  • Color differences due to screen settings, lighting, or dye lots.

  • Orders that arrived later than expected.

  • Size discrepancies within ±1 inch (industry standard tolerance).


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vibecore.co  and include the following:

  • Your Order ID

  • Photos clearly showing the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address.

Important Notes:

  • Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for shipping costs.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and will be deducted from your refund.


Return Time Limit

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Late requests will not be accepted. Please inspect your items promptly upon arrival.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 2–8 business days. Please allow your bank or card issuer additional processing time to reflect the refund.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items and must match the original order (same size, color, and style). Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange, and retain all original packaging.


Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the shipping carrier to locate it. If it cannot be found, we’ll resend your order at no extra cost. Refunds are not available for lost packages.


Cancellations

We provide a 24-hour cancellation window from the time of order. Because orders are sent into processing immediately, cancellations after this period cannot be accepted. Please make sure you’re ready to purchase before placing your order.


Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage open communication before opening a dispute, as disputes may delay resolution. Our team is committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
