Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be shipped back within this timeframe to be eligible.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • With original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note: Returns sent after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@vibecore.co. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable if a refund is issued. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Return shipping is free if you opt for a refund in store credit, which can be used for any item available in our online store.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale Items
  • Posters & Wall Collage Kits
  • Gift cards (both virtual and physical)
  • Select Tapestries
  • Furniture
  • Area Rugs/Carpets

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective you are eligible for a refund.

To request a refund for a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Email support@vibecore.co with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item showing the damage or defect.
  2. For undelivered items, provide your order number and an explanation of the issue.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We cannot offer refunds or returns if an incorrect address is supplied, and the package is returned to us.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for your bank to process and reflect the refund in your account.

Before you contact us about a late or missing refund, please ensure to:

  1. Check your bank balance first.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it might take some time before your refund is posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've already done all of the above and you still haven't receive your refund, please contact us.

Cancellations 

We provide a 24-hour cancellation policy since orders are immediately put into processing from the time of order. Please ensure that you are ready to purchase before placing your order.
