A: Unfortunately, we do not have this service available in Canada.

Q: I only received some of the items from my order, where is the rest?

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Our policy allows cancellations within a 24-hour timeframe from the time of order. 

Q: What are the obligations for Duties and Import Taxation? 

A: These regulations are different for each country. Since we offer international shipping, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with your particular country's rules and regulations before you place your order. These charges are not covered by Bad Bixch Decor and are the customer's responsibility.
